I found a fabulous gym and pool. The gym has treadmills and weights. I also used the laundry and it works fine. I am so excited.

I could hear people next door really loud. People walked up and down always. It made sleeping hard. Also the shower water would not stay at the same temperature. I am not so excited.

The check-in staff members were very cute and accommodating upon my arrival. I also received a room upgrade which I found to be a nice surprise. It was convenient to leave my bags at the hotel during the day when I went to an event. I was grateful for the service.

During my visit, the plumbing was substandard in the bathroom. The shower's water flow was inadequate making it difficult to use. This issue was a notable inconvenience.

I found the staff professional, a real standout! They promptly addressed my request for twin beds. The little kitchen area was fantastic. I really appreciated that they looked after our bags after checkout so we could continue sightseeing.

I encountered a minor issue with the shower soap dispenser being empty. Hopefully, this is easily resolved.

the room was clean and spacious. the kitchenette was well equipped, a plus. the location was also quite convenient for exploring the area. public transport was close by.

i experienced a battery issue with my door upon arrival and could not get into my room. the receptionist suggested it should work if it worked for the elevator, but it didn't. there was no immediate assistance available as she was alone at the front desk. the dishwasher did not work.
